Refund policy

Except in special circumstances, Laylu has a no refund policy. We collaborate on the work along a series of set milestones, and only invoice when we both agree that milestone has been met. Therefore, there are few situations where a refund is applicable. Reach out if you think this applies.

Delivery policy

All digital goods are delivered via email or secure cloud drop box. They are shipped as soon as they are complete, and in-work product is shared along the milestone schedule.

Return policy

My work is digital products, so there is no way to return them.

Cancellation policy

Recurring monthly subscriptions to “The Next 30 Trips” or “Anti-Hype Hardware” may be cancelled at any time. Recurring yearly subscriptions to the same may also be cancelled any time before the next yearly billing cycle.

Coaching and consulting engagements can be cancelled at any time, but I reserve the right to invoice for all work completed up to the point of cancellation.
